SHIPPING:

Processing time is 1-3 business days to prepare your order before shipping. Shipping takes 1-4 business days. Once item is shipped, tracking number will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.

During Holidays, processing time can take 3-5 business days, and shipping time is 1-4 business days.

International orders can take 3-14 business days. Luxx Rainn does not cover any tariffs or custom fees.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Hair care tips

1. Always detangle your hair before wetting it using a wide tooth comb or wig brush. Shampoo that does not contain silicone, paraben, or sulfate.

2. Deep condition to add moisture. You must retain moisture to prevent hair from frizzing and tangling.

3. We recommend sitting under the dryer for 1-2 hours to make sure your entire head of hair is dry, including the braids.

4. Use satin scarf and pillow to help your hair retain moisture and keep your hair soft, and silky!! For curly hair, at nighttime, we recommend sectioning the hair and braiding/twisting it is essential to maintaining the curl pattern and defining waves.

5.Don't drench your weave in products. Using more products can leave your strands stringy and cause build up.
